Going Home
It has been a stressful week, but it is finally all over. I am in the airport waiting for my flight, on my way home. I didnt ever think I would make it through this horrible week. I think back to the beginning of the year and never could have imagined myself here, waiting to go home after the end of my freshman year. It went very fast.
I predict that I will have a busy and hectic summer, but I'd take that over being bored. As soon as I get home I'm going right back to work. My mom is starting her job on monday in LA, so I will be shuffling between grapevine when I have to work, and Dallas with my dad when im not. Sunny and the Black are coming down in exactly one month...
So many things to do, but now there is so much time. Love summer!!

Its Half Past Four
It is 4.30 in the am...what has happened to my life. I have just finished my Modern Civ paper and I cannot even think about going to bed. We had a blast in the lounge tonight having a paper writing party. Danshiell, Josh, Audriner, Dustin, some randos and I spent our entire evening suffering together to finish our papers. Now that our paper is done, I cant sleep. I didnt regret the 40oz of coffee earlier while writing, I had full focus the whole time, never even felt tired, but now when I have an exam at 9am I am wishing I could go to bed.
On the upside: the paper ended up very nice in the end. When I was beginning to write I realized I had no idea what was going on, I didnt even know what the question meant. After 3 hours of contemplation and re-reading, I understood the question and began writing. In the beginning it was a shambly mess, but everything came together very nicely. At the end of the paper I think I learned more from the text, got some greater meaning that I didnt see before, so I will deem the process a success. The shitty part is that in 4 hours I have a whole other essay to write, in class, by hand, on an unseen question, over the SAME BOOK. Overkill much? Either way...its almost over. This was the big thing stressing me out all week. After the exam tomorrow I will probs nap, wake up and study for econ, knock that bitch out at 4, then dinner, then study for Latin, my last exam. Then pack, go to my storage unit, maybe take a shot or two, and pass the fuck out.
Its sad to see all my friends go, I will miss them all so much. Lets enjoy the time we have left, get these damn finals over with, and enjoy the freakin summer.

Remember CD's?
Sunny and Meliss made me think back to the day when we had to like operate physical mediums to retrieve our music. It seems so primitive now in the MP3 age.
The first CD I ever owned was "Blue" by LeAnn Rimes. How freakin 90's are her bangs?!
What wast the First CD or Cassette you owned?
